Newton White is a local artist photographer specializing in capturing unique images of
everything from launches at Cape Canaveral, cars and scenery landscape, nightscapes to painting with light.

 

Newton began photography in school as a newspaper and yearbook photographer in the film era, and after a long absence from serious photography picked up a digital camera and has been honing his craft for years often participating in camera clubs and workshops to gain new skills.

 

Newton has an eye for seeing and then sharing the wonder of what he sees in amazing perspectives involving unusual photography techniques such as light painting, infrared and long exposures. Calling himself Newton LightCatcher, he catches the light so that others may see. Newton enjoys producing his photos in such media as metal, canvas and specialty papers which all give an artistic flair to his images.
